history.

i won't tell you how i voted today other than i voted with my heart rather than my head. whether your guy won or lost tonight, you have to admit that it's kind of exciting to watch history being made.  what a wonderful country we have... to be able to freely take part in a fair election without fear of harm or persecution.  god bless this country.  god bless the 44th president.

honestly, my heart didn't feel anything for either of them. my head *kinda* *sorta* felt something, so i went with that. i didn't like either of them. i was scared either way. but then i remember that i live in a great country and i am so blessed to live here, no matter who is president. yes, god bless the usa.

It is so awesome to have your own kids be able to see that America has come as far as this and that anyone can be whatever they want. Freedom is awesome!!!

agreed. i don't think i hid it from ya that i don't really agree with barack but history IS being made and THAT is cool. i was actually thinking how weird it is that our kids won't know a country where an african american being president is anything other than "normal." i hope my reservations about mr. president elect are proven wrong. god bless the u.s. of a. indeed.

I didn't vote for him but I am willing to support him as he is my President too (come January 31ish). What I was REALLY celebrating over was that Prop 22 passed in California. Considering only 5% of the constituents were LDS I applaud the morally conscious voters.

old me.
